Foxconn Redevelopment - Village of Mount Pleasant Copy

This development project included acquisition, relocation, and property management in a very tight timeframe.  TerraVenture Advisors provided real estate services for approximately 75 acquisition parcels and 35 relocations.  Most of these parcels were purchased due to road expansion and improvements required by the project.  The team at TerraVenture Advisors provided services as required in State Stats. Ch. 32; Wis. Admin Code 92 and the Uniform Act.
