USH 12 Fort Atkinson-Whitewater, Jefferson County – WisDOT Southwest Region, Madison

The project is a reconstruction of USH 12 just north of the Whitewater Bypass, extending approximately 4.8 miles north of CTH M, including widening shoulders and safety zones and modifying substandard horizontal curves. Acquisitions included 52 parcels (nominals and appraisals), including rural residential, agricultural, and commercial. Lalor Land Services, LLC provides appraisal services. Construction was completed in 2023.
