Surplus Land/Property Mgmt, WisDOT SW and SE Regions

This is a long-term contract to review completed project plats and to review requests from the public for potential excess land. This process to dispose of surplus land involves many steps, including obtaining approvals and concurrence from many different divisions, obtaining surveys, appraisals, and submitting bids to prospective buyers. In addition to selling surplus land, this project includes property management tasks, demolition contracts, property maintenance, and leases. We are also responsible for lawn and snow maintenance from contract bidding, approving invoices, and working with contractors.
