Portage Canal, LPA Real Estate Services, City of Portage, Columbia County

The project added a pathway along the newly dredged Portage Canal. TerraVenture acquired 15 parcels, all as nominal temporary limited easement interests. Tierney Lalor completed all sales studies. The project had to be finished within six months. This was a local program agency project but did not include State funding. Construction was in 2022.
