N, S, E, and W Bus Rapid Transit - Milwaukee, and Wauwatosa

The city of Milwaukee is implementing new rapid bus lines throughout the city.  TerraVenture Advisors assisted CORRE in acquiring 17 easements for the project that runs E/W along Bluemound and Wisconsin Avenue.  We also acquired easements from six commercial property owners to create the bus stops.  TerraVenture Advisors will be providing acquisition services, as a sub-consultant, for the North-South Rapid Bus Transit project, anticipated to begin in 2024.
