I-39 Project Oversight/Corridor- Full Service - Rock, and Dane County

TerraVenture provided real estate project manager on the Corridor Management Team for the I-39/90 Corridor from the Illinois State Line north to Madison, a 46-mile corridor. In our role with the CMT, we managed the schedules, coordinated WisDOT approvals, worked with design teams to keep right of way plat development on track, served as a consultant manager for appraisal and acquisition teams, and identified real estate issues and possible solutions before beginning the acquisition process. We also worked with WisDOT Real Estate Specialists to prepare project cost estimates for real estate tasks.
