I -43 Silver Spring to STH 60 - Milwaukee, and Ozaukee County – WisDOT

This project expands the 1-43 corridor from Silver Spring Road to the Ozaukee County Line. The Interstate will extend to 3 lanes in each direction, and N. Port Washington Road shifting to the East. TerraVenture Advisors was responsible for Acquisition, Relocation, Project Management, Property Management, and Demolition Contracting (as WisDOT SW Region property manager). These were total acquisitions and relocations, with services provided in a short timeframe. The project began in the summer of 2020, utilities moved over the winter of 2021-2022, and road construction started in 2022. The last parcel was vacated in January 2023. We acquired 11 residential properties and two commercial properties. We relocated these 13 parcels, a mix of residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties with approximately 22 displacees.
