CTH KR, 1st Street Project – Racine/Kenosha County

The CTH KR 1st Street Project expanded a county highway from 2-lane to 4-lane roadways through a growing industrial corridor. This project included a railroad grade separation, which displaced six residential homes in Racine County. There were no displacements on the Kenosha County side of the road. TerraVenture provided acquisition and relocation services in a very tight timeframe by TerraVenture Advisors. There were approximately 65 acquisition parcels.
